Welcome to our final quarterly edition of Integrated Reefer News for 2024. We are pleased to provide you with the latest information and updates from MCI.
Star Cool reefer number 500,000 has just rolled out of our production facilities at MCIQ, and what a great milestone this is. We would like to thank our customers, global service providers and partners, who have supported us in developing our products to become their choice of reefer and connectivity.
Continuing on the back of this fantastic milestone, we are approaching another event; the Intermodal Europe 2024. We will use the exhibition to showcase the new Star Cool 1.1 Triple Refrigerant model which we have recently implemented in MCI’s production and so far, secured orders exceeding 10,000 units. The industry-first reefer unit in terms of refrigerant flexibility, features the climate-friendly refrigerant R1234yf and can be seen at the MCI stand E40 from November 12-14.
In this edition you will also be updated on two new e-learning modules, covering Star Cool 1.1 features and safe refrigerant handling practices. Now available in multiple languages, these modules make training accessible worldwide, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.
Finally, we introduce the Star Cool roadshow, an event series showcasing the second-life benefits of Star Cool units for the resale market. With strong feedback from attendees over successive events, the successful roadshow will expand in 2025 to further promote the unique value of Star Cool in the secondhand market.
