Recruitment Process

Review and short-listing of interviewees

If from your application, you appear to fulfill the criteria we have outlined in the job advertisement, we will aim to get back to you within a few days of receipt of your application. It is, however, important for us to review all applications carefully, so please bear with us if it takes longer to respond.

First interview

Your first interview will most likely be conducted by HR and the Hiring Manager. The first interview allows us to provide you with more information about MCI and the role you have applied for. At the first interview you will also have the opportunity to elaborate further on your individual and professional competences and aspirations in the relation to the role.

Second interview

If we decide to move forward to the second interview, we will have a chance to go further into the qualifications and competences in relation to the job. Depending on the job you are interviewing for, we might ask you to do a small case presentation.

At the second interview you will also have a chance to ask questions which have come up since the first interview.

Onboarding

When you have said yes to take up a position at MCI, we start your preboarding activities to ensure you are equipped with all the information you need as a new employee. Before your first workday, you will receive an onboarding program, so you feel most ready and prepared to start your career at MCI.
